Our company
Founded in 2011 by Co-CEOs Spencer Barrett and Steven Aldrich, Ragnarok was conceived as a nimble intersection between data-driven engineering and brand-focused creative. Since our start, we’ve gone on to work with companies like Stanley Black & Decker, A+E Networks, and Nerdwallet.

We mandate all of our employees to take at least two weeks off a year to maintain the work/life balance. Plus, we encourage all Ragnarok’ers to take compensated classes to develop skills in new fields of interest.

Doing Remote Work Right
We have headquarters in Manhattan along with a strong presence in Los Angeles and Austin. Most NYC-based employees will eventually return to the office post-Covid, but a sizable portion of our staff now operates remotely in the post-Covid workspace. We may be spread across the country, but we keep team-building and camaraderie at the top of our priorities. In short: we care about what you can do, not where you’re located.
